By accessing pureaclo.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Use of Website
You confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. All information provided during checkout must be accurate and complete. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to introduce harmful code or malicious software. PUREA reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, or cancel orders if necessary. Product imagery is for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences.
3. Pre-Orders
Certain PUREA products are sold on a preorder basis. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge the product is not yet manufactured at the time of purchase. Production begins once the preorder window closes.
Estimated fulfillment is 20–40 days, covering manufacturing, quality control, and international freight. Total delivery time, including shipping, may take up to 6–8 weeks from the close of the preorder window. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing delays, freight delays, or customs processing. By placing a preorder, you agree to these timelines in full.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched once production is completed. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 6–8 weeks, accounting for manufacturing, international freight, and final-mile delivery. PUREA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
5. Returns
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of PUREA releases, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
6. Payment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. PUREA reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact PUREA customer support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Preorder production takes 20–40 days prior to shipment. Total fulfillment, including shipping, may take up to 6–8 weeks. This is explicitly disclosed at the time of purchase.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these timelines and agree not to initiate a chargeback solely on the basis of production or shipping duration, provided these fall within disclosed timeframes. Chargebacks filed within standard preorder timelines will be disputed with supporting documentation including order confirmations, proof of disclosure, and these Terms of Service.
Fraudulent chargebacks — where the customer has received or is awaiting delivery within disclosed timelines — may result in immediate order cancellation, a permanent ban from future purchases, and referral to relevant fraud prevention authorities.
8. Fraud Protection
PUREA employs fraud detection measures to protect both our business and our customers. Orders flagged for suspicious activity — including mismatched billing information, unusual purchase patterns, or fraudulent payment methods — may be cancelled without notice. Customers engaging in fraudulent activity, including unauthorized payment use, false chargeback claims, or identity misrepresentation, will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Buyer Protection
PUREA is committed to ensuring every customer receives their order as described. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution including replacement or store credit where applicable. All preorder timelines, product details, and shipping estimates are disclosed prior to purchase to ensure informed buying decisions. Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking information and order updates throughout the fulfillment process.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, product designs, images, graphics, and text — is the property of PUREA. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUREA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
12. Changes to These Terms
PUREA reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Purea mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Purea (“Purea”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Purea’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Purea through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Purea. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to PUREA or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Purea mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
