Shipping

Orders are dispatched once production has been completed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch typically range from 5–14 business days depending on destination.

PUREA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of PUREA releases, all sales are considered final.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Chargebacks initiated due to standard preorder production timelines may be disputed with supporting documentation including order confirmations and these Terms of Service.
